Unlike classical office buildings, the fact that the building user in the Türk Telekom Headquarters Additional Service Building belongs to a single company has been one of the important factors shaping the project. By taking the vertical circulation and service units aside, the center of the tower structure was emptied, and inner gardens and atriums that changed in the middle space and related to the facade were created. Flexible working spaces, mostly organized as open offices, establish visual relationships with each other. The floors formed by bridges and inner gardens are generally arranged as meeting spaces and common recreation areas with mini food and beverage alternatives. In this sense, the building aims to be one of the important examples of the contemporary office concept and to offer an alternative working environment.
